Race Report-Davis Crit 3-14-10

This weekends race really begins the race season for me. I have already done a couple of races this year but they were mainly tune-ups for what I perceive to be the start of the season; March. I had a specific mind set for the Sunday races (I was entered in the 3/4 Elite race and the Masters 35 3/4 race) that being to help my team mates as much as possible to win. Finally some race reports

Well the past month has been very eventful on the racing scene. Overall I am very pleased with the results from the majority of races I have done. I have seven top ten finishes thus far this year and I am only 5 points from upgrading to a Cat 3 (the goal for the year).The highlights so far have been my 3rd place finish in the recently completed (this past Sunday) Sonoma Mountain Village Crit and my 5th place finish at the Butterfly Crit in Pacific Grove. I brought the wrong shoes...had virtually no warm up on a hilly course, it was windy, I hate hills, I sucked...anything I forgot woman?? Thanks for comin though, it was fun even though I suffered greatly!
